Marcia Stenson's Illustrated History of the South Pacific won the New Zealand Post Book of the Year Award in the 2007 New Zealand Post Book Awards for Children and Young People. Creative New Zealand supports these awards with a grant to Booksellers New Zealand, which administers the awards.
Booksellers New Zealand receives annual funding ($139,700 in 2007) from Creative New Zealand for its programme of activities.
