Funding | Review of residencies, fellowships and special opportunities
Creative New Zealand is reviewing its residencies and fellowships as part of its wider Review of Project Funding and Special Opportunities for Artists.
This Review is taking place because Creative New Zealand wishes to create funding programmes which are more flexible and responsive to the needs of the arts sector and to ensure that our resources are going where they will make the most impact.
Some residencies and fellowships will continue whilst others have been put on hold while the Review is being completed.

Creative New Zealand will be able to provide an update by July 2008 on all these residencies, fellowships and special opportunities.
The money that would have been spent on the residencies, fellowships and special opportunites that are on hold for 2008 / 2009 has gone back into the Arts Board funding pool for artists and arts organisations to access.
