Workshops, training and coaching

We help artists and arts practitioners to develop professionally, learn to fundraise, manage their organisations more effectively and develop audiences/markets for their work.

Our new capability building programme will run from February 2015 to May 2016. You can apply for training in strategy, governance and audience development and find online resources – all from providers with expertise in each area.

Priority will be given to organisations that have completed the ODM (Organisational Development Model) survey and have identified capability building activity in funding agreement KPIs.

Organisations that participated in specific 2014 initiatives are not eligible to repeat them.
