National arts conference 2013

Arts, by, with, for, young people.

The theme for Creative New Zealand’s sixth national arts conference is Arts by, with, and for Young People. International and national speakers will share inspiring and practical experience using case studies, displays and audiovisuals of great work for, by and with young people.

You will get insights into:

  • how to increase young people’s participation in the arts
  • the educational and social benefits of involving young people in the arts
  • how to develop young audiences for your work

You will also be able to network with your arts colleagues and with leaders in other sectors, including the educational sector, who have an interest in the challenges and opportunities in the arts by, with or for young people.
