This package helps your organisation deliver and/or extend high quality programming and explore new opportunities for growth and development. It also provides training on how to diversify your organisation's income so it is more sustainable.
The international programme provides contestable opportunities to apply for coaching to develop an international strategy and to take part in market research and cultural exchange initiatives. Organisations can also apply for international presentation opportunities.
This initiative will help organisations to increase their income by developing new or existing revenue opportunities.
The Ākina Foundation will present two, full day workshops and provide 20 hours of coaching over five months. By the end of the programme participants will have:
Participants will be expected to spend a day a month developing their ideas and plan.
The training is provided in partnership with The Akina Foundation and Toi Pōneke Arts Centre. The workshops will be held in Wellington but organisations from anywhere can apply.

Arts organisations will be supported to develop a digital strategy so they can manage their creativity and business in an increasingly digital environment. Participants will attend two full-day workshops and can apply for up to $3,000 (plus GST) in matched funding to implement an aspect of their strategy.

Participants will receive coaching and tools and work with peers from similar types of organisations. The coaching will cover developing a digital strategy framework, digital priorities and tactics and increasing the use of mobile, social and video communication channels.

This new initiative will assist organisations to audit existing sponsorship programmes and products so they can be aligned with sponsor partnership objectives. It will also help you identify the most appropriate industries to approach for sponsorship.
