Arts Grants help established New Zealand artists, arts practitioners and arts organisations to create and distribute their work. Grants can be up to $65,000
Eighty grants worth a total $2,037,500 were awarded. In total $7,486,318 was requested by 163 applicants.
- General arts fund – 62 projects totalling $1,539,818 were supported. $ 4,184,145 was requested by 132 applicants.
- Māori arts fund (including the Toi Ake Fund) – 8 projects totalling $310,761 were supported. $770,154 was requested by 18 applicants.
- Pacific arts fund (including Kava New Leaders' grants) – 10 projects totalling $186,922 were supported. $270,812 was requested by 13 applicants.
