21st Century Arts Conference 2009

INSIGHT-GUIDED & BRAND-DRIVEN

This year’s Conference explored the essence of an arts organisation’s DNA. It looked at what it means for an arts organisation to be:

  • insight-guided - knowing its audience through research
  • brand-driven - understanding how brands are experiences in the hearts and minds of people

The conference took place on 25th & 26th June at the Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington, New Zealand.

Inspirational keynote speakers from the arts and commercial sector combined theory with examples of best practice from New Zealand and around the world, providing solutions for organisations to implement to ensure a sustainable future.
