Using these forms

To use either the interactive application form or the template for project proposals and budgets:

1. click on the form/template
2. download and save the file to your computer
3. complete the form/template
4. print off the form/template so you can submit your application in hard copy format.

Please note the number of copies you need to submit with your application. Details can be found on page 110 of the whole 2010 Contestable Funding Guide Ngā Pūtea.
