The Planning, Performance and Stakeholder Relations team manages organisational planning and performance processes, as well as communications and stakeholder relations functions.

The team is responsible for meeting government planning, reporting and accountability requirements, as well as maintaining governance systems and processes; and also manages communications with the media, produces publications, maintains electronic and online communications, provides information to the arts sector and the general public, and is responsible for leading the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders.
